I made some minor updates, but they impact gameplay in a way I want to highlight.

Starting Professions changes from 5 with 5 points to 3 with 3 points, and Starting Personality changes from 5 and 10 points to three and three points. In playing more, including running the forthcoming "Whispers from the Deep" adventure, players felt that they simply had too many points and weren't making interesting choices with their characters. Everyone had at least one three-point Profession and Personality trait that they tended to rely on. Reducing these to 3 and 3 helps push players to make more interesting decisions and drive the value of Dark Traits.

I've also clarified that Mythos Events are only encountered upon entering uncharted waters for the first time.
